I need four more of the long screws that go in the rail mounts and I need the nuts that go with them. There is not an instructional video associated with this. It would've been very handy. I've had this product before though so I like it. Can you send me four more of the long standard head screws and more importantly for the nuts that go with them
Store owner replied:
Hey Otto, I appreciated the conversation and glad to send the hardware needed. Thanks for the tip to snug the fender while in the holder with the line over the rail. And you're right a video guide makes sense! Are you offering? Thanks again Otto!
Arrived as promised , easy to inflate and they just look awesome.

We're sorry it took so long to receive your item, it does appear shipping took longer than expected. Glad to hear you are happy with the lines!
My fenders are GORGEOUS and the staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating!

So glad to hear you love your fenders! Our customer service team works hard to provide great service. Thank you very much for reviewing.
The lines themselves are nice and well-finished; they arrived well-packaged and earlier than I'd expected.
I use them with HTM-3 and opted for the 8' and, in hindsight, for my use on a sailboat w/ substantial freeboard, I wish I had gotten the 12' to have a little more flexibility in how I use them. I can tie them on and use them as-is, but the 8' doesn't leave a lot of working/adjusting length to the bitter end. In place, I have 12"-18" of working length when tied off to the station bases. If you don't want a lot of extra length, the 8' will work for you.
