Domestic Shipping (Continental US)
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the continental United States.
- Orders Under $100: For orders under $100, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of the order.
- Delivery Estimates: Delivery within the continental US generally takes 3-7 business days with standard ground shipping, this can be expedited if a customer chooses faster shipping options if available at checkout.
International and Non-Continental US Shipping
- Discounted Shipping: We are excited to offer discounted shipping rates for orders over $100 to international destinations and non-continental US regions (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories). Rates may vary based on region, and larger value orders will receive larger shipping discounts. The discount is taken out of the shipping quote at checkout.
- Orders Under $100: Standard international shipping rates apply for orders under $100.
- Large Order Discount: We offer free LTL international shipping for most orders over $30,000 USD, our shipping team will contact you if you choose this option at checkout.
- Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, we offer both Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) and Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) shipping options to many regions around the world. Customs duties and taxes, which are not included in our shipping rates, are the customer's responsibility.
- Delivery Estimates: International shipping times vary based on destination. Typically, international orders are delivered within 7-21 business days, depending on the location, shipping options chosen, and customs processing.
Additional Shipping Information
- Processing Time: When placing your order, please note stock availability and the number of days before a product is expected to ship. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted. Some of our products take additional time to prepare and this is usually noted on the product or in the cart at checkout. Please also be aware that we typically prepare orders for shipping only Monday to Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time, excluding company holidays.

- Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Carrier Information: We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. If you have selected a carrier at checkout we will make every effort to use the selected carrier, if you have chosen a free shipping option the carrier used will depend on your order’s size and destination.
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation and Modification
- Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.
- Modification: To modify an order, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications for orders that are already in processing.
