I cannot get the horrible smell out of them. I really dont want them on my boat, the smell is that bad. I washed them with marine soap and let them sit in the sun for days. Nothing works.

Store owner replied: Hi Kelly, we are so sorry that your fenders have a strong odor! We have heard that diluted essential oils or cleaning with small amounts of mineral spirits can help. Some cleaners are too harsh, soap was the right choice. The custom color combinations such as yours are made to order, so they go from manufacture to package quickly and may not have had as much time to air out. I hope you were able to find a solution, whether that was more air time or returning the fenders. Please reach out again if the situation has not improved and Byron will help.
