The G-4 fenders are perfect. I have bought other polyform fenders in the past and I still have them and work well. Because the previous fenders i perchesed from polyform worked so well that is why my recent order for the G-4's was a must.

One of the bumpers didn’t hold air so I called and talked to Byron and he said he would send another one out and gave me some tips on trying to get the one to work (put a knee on it). I received the other one timely and it’s all good. Great customer service. Very rare in this day and age.

Color on line shows turquoise, color that was delivered was dark navy blue. Disappointed
Store owner replied: It is possible you received the wrong color. Our products on-line are a reference point. Also, each screen displays color differently. We don't have a color called "Turquoise", it looks like you ordered "Catalina Blue" which is a dark blue with a hint of green. Please contact customer support if you feel like you received the wrong product.

I received the G-5 Polyform Fenders, and I was not aware that OI had to inflate these fenders, and they still stink terrible. I was not aware that I needed to include an order for Tie Down Braided rope for each of the fenders as well.. Currently I am not happy and I would like to see what can be done to provide you a 5/Star Review, and I will include pics. Thanks, Ken Boyce kenboyce 2@aol.com
Store owner replied: Thank you, Ken, your comment is appreciated. We can do better on our site to make clear the majority of our products ship deflated except for some single or smaller boat fenders. When we spoke of the smell it is more or less a personal sensory experience. Inflating the products and getting sunshine and fresh air is recommended.
